Emma made us feel at home instantly and was so kind and just loved on our wee boy. She took her time to make sure everything was a good temperature for Abel before we started. We got the most amazing hand and foot of our son to cherish forever, it was finished in antique silver and I absolutely love it, such a special keep sake.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I reached out to Emma after seeing her work on social media to get a casting of my terminally ill brother holding my mums hand as a gift for my mum when he was no longer with us.

From my very first message to her Emma done everything she could to accommodate the needs of my
Brother who was having good and bad days, she was very flexible with her time and done everything in her power to ensure he was comfortable through the whole process. She kept us up to date with every step and the end product....WOW! The detail within the cast is unbelievable...it almost feels like its his hand which is so comforting.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot thank Emma enough for the stunning memory she has created for us. We recently had to put our beloved Frenchie, Eddie, to sleep very unexpectedly, and Emma was absolutely amazing during one of our hardest moments.

She came out to take casts of Eddie’s paws and nose. I deeply appreciated her utmost respect for Eddie; she explained she couldn't do the nose cast as it would interfere with his eyes. That level of care and consideration meant the world to us.

Emma is truly the loveliest person. She gently guided us through the process, helping us choose the perfect casting colors, frame, and mount. We picked up the finished piece today and it is absolutely beautiful.

I was gifted a hand and foot casting session as a Mother’s Day present from my partner, and I was a little nervous beforehand as I knew the best results usually come when baby is asleep — which isn’t always guaranteed with my little one!
Emma immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and the whole session was done completely at my baby’s pace. She was so patient and reassuring throughout, which made the experience really enjoyable.
The finished casts are absolutely outstanding. The level of detail is incredible, and it’s such a special keepsake that I’ll treasure forever. I would absolutely love to have more casts done in the future and couldn’t recommend Emma highly enough.

My sister and I recently had babies close in age and wanted a hand/foot of each. We also wanted to create something for our mum. Emma created a foot for each of the babies for our mum also. My daughter was very wriggly at 7 months, Emma was so patient and made us feel so welcome in her lovely space, letting us choose music to help babies settle and dimming light so they could nap! Emma had toys for our babies to play with and even made me feel at ease when I had to change the wee one! Once our cast were taken, Emma stayed in contact with us to update on which sort of the process our pieces were at, if looking for someone to cast some pieces then look no further! I can not wait to return and see what else Emma can create for us! 10/10 experience and such reasonable prices too! Thank yous again xxx

Emma is so warm and friendly. She talks you through the full process (which I was anxious about as was doing a mother and son piece with my 4 year old and was worried he wouldnt stay still!). She let us take our time and made my son feel a part of the process.
Seeing the finished result having picked the finishing colour we are delighted with our cast! My baby won't want to hold my hand forever but I have this moment captured in time.

1. Bookings and Payment
• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your casting appointment.
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
• In the unlikely event that Life Casting by Emma must reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or, if not suitable, a full refund of your deposit.
• Appointments may need to be cancelled or shortened if clients arrive significantly late, and deposits will remain non-refundable in these circumstances.
3. Process and Liability
• All materials used are safe for skin contact, but clients accept a small risk of mild irritation or sensitivity.
• Clients must inform the artist of any known allergies or skin conditions prior to casting.
• Jewellery does not need to be removed before casting; however, clients accept full responsibility for any potential discolouration, residue or damage.
• Life Casting by Emma cannot be held liable for adverse reactions or damage to personal property.
• Towels will be provided; however, the use of bright-coloured moulds may cause staining. Please wear suitable clothing, as Life Casting by Emma is not liable for any damage to clothing during the process.
4. Delivery and Collection
• Please allow up to 12 weeks for framed pieces and up to 6 months for free standing and memorial pieces.
5. Copyright and Photography
• Life Casting by Emma will only share images with your permission.
• Clients may not reproduce images for commercial purposes without consent.
6. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
